Hello everyone.

So if you go looking around you might find a lot of the short stories that where on this side are gone.

So here’s the thing. I’ve started a Patreon and I’m going to systematically lock most, not all, but most of my short stories behind a pay wall. After years of having my stories available for free, it began to feel like people didn’t care, they didn’t value the wealth of stories available. Which hurts. But at the same time made me realise that perhaps I was to blame. By having so much just out in the world I was also saying on some level that they have no value.

So of course if it seems as though I feel like that, why should I expect other people to asign value to my work for me. Which prompted me to change the way I’ve been doing things.

There will still be stories on this site, news about my books, and the occasional bit of new fun. But from now on the vast majority of my short stories will be on Patreon. As well as novel excerts from up coming work, videos of me reading my stories, and even the occasional opertunity to beta read novels and give comments and feedback before they go to the publishers.

I’m doing this because I value my work, and it’s time that I show everyone that I value my work.
